A Note from Craig Pellis, Executive Chef and Owner
Since starting Silver Spoon Catering in 1997, I have been successfully planning and catering corporate events and one-of-a-kind private parties in the New York Metropolitan area. My events distinguish themselves by their level of aesthetic beauty and their ability to reflect the clients' style.
Each party I do is unique. I enjoy crafting cuisine particular to each event. By listening to my clients' needs, I am able to offer unparalleled customer satisfaction.
I graduated from The Culinary Institute of America with honors in 1991, and I haven't stopped cooking or being creative with food ever since. I trained under some wonderful chefs in New York and Connecticut. I enjoy scouring the markets for new and unusual food. When I prepare a menu for you, I am bringing you my expertise and passion.
I feel that catering is so much more than just food. It involves professional service, expertise in event planning, and a true commitment to client satisfaction. Nothing is as satisfying as when customers refer their friends to my business.
